Will Leach represents individuals, companies, investors, lenders, developers, and other market participants in a range of transactions throughout Georgia. Known for his pragmatic judgment and efficient approach, Will most frequently serves as counsel in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Beyond this firm’s core real estate practice, Will is frequently entrusted with a full range of complex corporate and transactional matters. He advises clients ranging from closely held businesses and nonprofits, to Homeowner’s Associations, to established enterprises on entity formation, governance, asset and stock acquisitions, commercial leasing, contract negotiation, and strategic risk management. Will has independent experience with negotiating and closing high value deals and is recognized by clients for his responsiveness and ability to get matters to the closing table.

Drawing on his broad experience, Will also counsels clients through real estate and contract disputes, title issues, landlord tenant matters, and other issues where real estate and corporate law intersect. His practice reflects a simple philosophy of putting his clients in the best possible position to succeed; we don’t succeed unless our clients succeed.

Will is also a Registered Athlete Agent in the State of Georgia under the Uniform Athlete Agents Act and advises collegiate athletes, businesses, and collectives on Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) opportunities. His work in this area includes negotiating agreements, navigating regulatory requirements, and helping clients build durable frameworks that protect long-term earning potential in a rapidly evolving industry.

Born in Atlanta and raised in Johns Creek, Georgia, Will earned dual degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Georgia before receiving his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is licensed to practice in all Georgia courts and is a Registered Athlete Agent under the Uniform Athlete Agents Act.
